Omega’s Showroom Re-Opening

The team at Omega have been working hard to ensure that our return to work is being carried out as safely as possible for both our staff and our customers. We have established clear guidelines on how we will approach our return to installations, including carrying out a range of risk assessments in preparation and the re-opening of our showroom.
By reducing the risk to the lowest practicable level through prevention, we are confident that we will be able to continue our installations, strictly adhering to Government guidelines that have been issued concerning working in customers’ homes and within our offices. We are very much looking forward to welcoming our customers back into our showroom.
The team at Omega have been following Government guidelines in defining the number of customers that can reasonably follow for 2m social distancing within our showroom at one time, taking into account the total floorspace and busy areas. By limiting the number of customers within our showroom at any one time will allow us to significantly lower the possibility of transmission and adhere to the 2m social distancing regulations.
If you see us around, you will notice us wearing our new high visibility jackets, reminding us all to stay a safe distance from each other! We would like to thank JUSTSO Clothing & Merchandise Ltd for turning this around for us in an amazing time frame!
Maintaining hygiene, particularly hand hygiene is of the utmost priority to us, all of our staff are equipped with face masks, hand sanitiser and disposable gloves.
The team at Omega have increased the frequency of cleaning throughout our showroom. This includes regularly disinfecting objects and surfaces that are touched by both staff and customers. We have implemented clear use and cleaning guidance for our on-site facilities, providing appropriate hand sanitisers around the workplace in addition to washrooms.
We are encouraging staff and customers to follow the guidance on handwashing and hygiene etiquette. Omega request that our customers refrain from handling products or displays unnecessarily.
At Omega, our opening hours haven’t changed. However, we ask that our customers book an appointment if they want to come to the showroom. This will be in place to avoid too many walk-ins, ensuring that our staff and customers can maintain appropriate distancing measures.
To limit social interaction, we are quoting more jobs than ever virtually. We have introduced a new chat function to our website and are offering virtual appointments. There have never been more ways to receive a quote; on our free online quotation tool, by video chat or by simply sending us photographs and a few measurements to sales@omegahome.co.uk. So if, while you’ve been stuck inside, you’ve noticed that draughty window, that front door that you’ve been meaning to replace for years or have been dreaming about that new conservatory – there’s no better and easier time to get a quote now!
We always aim to keep our customers updated, but, now more than ever, it’s vital to be keeping in touch. Throughout the lockdown, we have been regularly updating our customers, and as we transition out of lockdown, we will continue checking in with all our customers keeping you updated with the progress of your orders.
