Here at Omega, the team recently completed a large project over at Hampton School in Herne Bay! Partnering with Mabel Construction, we completed this large £34k installation in January 2022.

We fitted the school out with:

Curtain Wall Framing

We partner with market leading manufacturers SAPA to provide our high performance aluminium curtain walling. All the SAPA Technal frames arrived on time and to specification, making it easy for our expert team to get them installed smoothly and flawlessly, for a dramatic, impactful finish that will last this Herne Bay school a lifetime. The curtain wall frames were finished in RAL3009 to give a smooth, colour finish to amp up the aesthetic even more.

Aluminium is one of the best materials on the market when it comes to environmental impact – something that we’re all ever more concerned about these days! Because aluminium is infinitely recyclable, highly durable and long lasting, and super abundant, it’s a real powerhouse in terms of eco friendliness! Vertical sliding windows offer a great solution for maximising airflow, and providing an emergency escape in many cases.

When projects go ahead without a hitch, that’s always great, but it’s when there are snags along the way that you really see what a company is made of. Despite the Smarts sliding windows being delivered 3 months late – which is fairly standard for Smarts at the moment – our expert team of installers still managed to complete the project on time overall.

Even better, we were able to keep things going in the meantime and allow the rest of the project to progress by installing temporary glazing free of charge for our client. We’ll always go the extra mile to make sure things go ahead and go ahead smoothly!
