We Are Hiring – Fitting/Installation Team Wanted!

We Are Hiring.

We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious team of fitters/installers to join our team who have at least 5 years of experience in the industry.

Do you have experience? Are you looking to relocate to the area? Are you looking to work with a new double glazing company?

Omega windows primarily work in replacement windows and doors installations for both new build and domestic requirements in the window and door industry.

Omega prides itself on its workmanship and professional attitude, and you will be a representative of the company whilst on-site or in customer’s homes. Therefore, we expect you not only to follow all safety rules but also conduct yourself in a manner that does not detriment Omega’s high standards.

Main duties and tasks include:

· Customer Service

· Installing to ISO9001 and BSI code of practice

· Service calls and remedials

· Some surveys as required

· Safe handling of all materials

· Upkeep and correct maintenance of tools

· Correct handling of goods Returns

· Correct reporting of damaged materials and any non-conforming materials straight away

· Paperwork returns with correct admin and payment from the customer as per the companies payment terms

· Assisting the installation department where required

· Deliveries In where required

· Invoicing for works completed no later than Thursday morning.

· Vehicle management – to be kept washed and cleaned each week and all maintenance kept on top of ie tyres, oil, general maintenance etc

· Other duties as required

Please note, this position involves travelling to sites in and around Kent, Omega provides each team with a van.

Work hours are 7am – 3.30pm / 4pm.
